Southern Maryland News reported a 61-year-old woman was hit and killed in a Maryland truck accident last Sunday evening.
The woman was walking along the side of road on Mohawk Drive, when she was hit by a Toyota Tundra in the Maryland truck accident.
The pedestrian was thrown into a snow bank after she was hit in the Maryland truck accident. She was then flown to Prince George’s Hospital Center, where she later died of her injuries.
The 40-year-old truck driver who caused the Maryland truck accident was unhurt. Police are seeking witnesses.

Last Friday a passenger bus collided with an armored truck in South Baltimore. The Maryland truck accident was followed by another Baltimore car crash about a block away. Both Maryland auto accidents were blamed on icy road conditions, according to officials.
The passenger bus had about 10 people on board at the time of the accident, but only two were taken to a local medical facility for treatment of minor injuries. Shortly after the bus and truck collided, several cars struck one another while they were trying to avoid the earlier collision. Only one person suffered injuries, which were minor.

Earlier this morning a car collided with a trash truck near the Baltimore-Washington Parkway, according to the Baltimore Sun. The truck driver tried to avoid the crash by swerving off the road, but not before the car collided with the truck. After the truck veered off the road, it hit a utility pole and took down poles and wires, which landed in the eastbound lanes of traffic.
While no one suffered serious injuries in the Maryland car accident, both drivers were taken to a local hospital to treat minor injuries. The eastbound lanes of traffic were still closed this morning as clean-up crews continue to clear the roads.

Monday morning a multiple-car crash—involving two big trucks, a car, and a van—on Route 50 resulted in one fatality and three injuries.
